I know it has been a very long time since I posted anything on here and I may try to get back in the swing of things now that I have a break for the summer. I was quite excited to have time over the weekend to read a new book and I now need to review it!
Book Title: The Baker's Wife
Author: Erin Healy
Publisher: Thomas Nelson
Date: October, 2011
ISBN-10: 1595547525
ISBN-13: 978-1595547521
The title of the book is The Baker's Wife and it was written by Erin Healy. This was a interesting mix of drama and mystery with some strong reminders of God's grace and our redemption.
I found this story very intriguing and the way the stories of the characters were all intertwined was fascinating. If anyone enjoys a little bit of mystery mixed with some great storytelling then I would recommend reading The Baker's Wife.
There were a few places in the midst of the story where it was difficult to keep up with all of the changes but Healy would quickly simplify the information or at least clarify the information to keep the reader interested. Overall, I think that it was a very enjoyable book and I am glad I finally had the chance to read it!
Thanks for reading!
